What’s the best internet music service?
This morning I decided to make a Christmas playlist of my favorite holiday songs. I know how irritating that is for some of you since it’s not even Thanksgiving yet, but bear with me.
Whether you just want a personal playlist of your all-time favorites, or office appropriate music for the business, my goal was to sift through the dozens of popular internet music services and find the best one. That means something with a huge selection of music, very easy to use, fast, high quality music, easy to share, and able to play the same selections and playlists on any device – phones, tablets, PC’s, and more. Oh yes, and able to store music online for easier sharing and/or right on my devices in case I don’t have an internet connection.
The winner is Amazon Prime Music with over 1 Million songs! Fast and easy? I was able to create my Christmas playlist in less than 5 minutes. It has 43 songs, 2.3 hours of music, and the best of Christmas songs by Michael Buble, Mariah Carey, and Elvis.
You may recall previous Right Clique articles singing (no pun intended) the praises of Amazon Prime. For $99 per year you get free shipping on Amazon purchases, ability to watch over 40,000 movies and TV episodes, and now the ability to listen to over 1 million songs and to create hundreds of playlists. It’s all ad-free and includes unlimited use. You can even share your Amazon music account with up to 10 family members. If you need any more convincing, they just added unlimited photo storage and more services are coming.
If you already have Amazon Prime, this is a no-brainer. Login here. If you don’t yet, check it out and even consider giving it as a holiday gift. You won’t be disappointed.
